我国女大学生参与大众健美操健身活动的实验研究:以华南师范大学为例  被引量:11

An Experimental Study on the Participation of Female College Students in Mass Aerobics :Take South China Normal University as an Example

摘  要:大众健美操是我国高校体育课和体育活动的重要组成部分,为我国女大学生进行大众健美操1~6级的选择性参与提供理论参考。方法:运用实验法和数理统计法,以28名我国女大学生为实验对象,对其参与大众健美操1~6级的健身活动中的VO2、HR、每级能耗和代谢当量进行测量和计算。结论:1)大众健美操1~6级动作速度逐渐加快,每级活动时间不一,转体动作数量、转体度数、基本步法、上肢动作、力度动作数量逐级增加。2)我国女大学生进行大众健美操的练习时,随大众健美操1~6级等级的逐步递增,平均HR在(126~155)次·min^(-1),处于有氧HR范围之内。大众健美操的高级阶段的HRs-max超过160次·min^(-1),最高达170次·min^(-1)。3)我国女大学生在参与大众健美操1~6级时的VO2与大众健美操等级密切相关,大众健美操等级越高,耗氧量越高。每小时能量消耗逐级上升,在(1.78~2.14)MJ·h-1。大众健美操1~6级的METs在7.5~11.0之间,呈递增趋势。4)大众健美操入门和初级的METs相近,为中等水平,大众健美操中、高级的METs为中上水平。建议:1)本研究中的大众健美操1~6级的HR、VO2、METs数据及健身锻炼时间和次数更适合应用于青年女性人群。2)初学者适宜选择参与大众健美操的1~2级,熟练后,可以大众健美操的3~4级为主进行健身锻炼。Objectives:Mass aerobics is an important part of physical education and sports activities in colleges and universities,which provides theoretical reference for female college students in China to participate selectively in mass aerobics Level 1-6.Methods:The VO2,HR,energy consumption and metabolic equivalent of 28 female universities were measured and calculated by experimental method and mathematical statistics.Conclusions:1)The speed of the 1-6 levels of mass aerobics is gradually increasing,and the time of each stage is different.The number of rotation movements,rotation degrees,basic footwork,upper limb movements and strength movements are increasing step by step.2)The average HR of female college students in our country is(126-155)b/min,which is within the range of aerobic HR,with the gradual increase of grade 1-6 of aerobics.The HRs-max of the advanced stage of mass aerobics is over 160 b/min,up to 170 b/min.3)VO2 of female college students participating in level 1-6 of mass aerobics is closely related to the level of mass aerobics.The higher the level of mass aerobics,the higher the oxygen consumption.The energy consumption per hour increased step by step at(1.78~2.14)MJ·h-1.Mass aerobics class 1-6 METs is increasing between 7.5-11.0.4)HR of female college students in our country is in the aerobic range;the entry level of popular aerobics is similar to that of primary ones,which is at the middle level,while the middle and advanced ones are at the upper level.Suggestions:1)The data of HR,VO2,METs and the time and frequency of fitness exercises in this study are more suitable for young women.2)Beginners should choose to participate in public aerobics Level 1-2,and can take part in public aerobics Level 3-4 for the main body-building exercise after they become skillful.
