摘　　要：随着慕课的不断发展,慕课教师的角色也相应发生了较大变化。基于此,文章首先阐释了慕课的分类及其对应的教师角色;随后采用访谈法,对中国大学MOOC平台上参与慕课实践的13位教师进行了访谈,总结了慕课教师承担的具体角色、慕课教师的困惑和慕课实践中存在的问题;最后,文章分析了影响慕课有效实践的6大因素,并提出了相应的对策。文章的研究可为慕课教师开展教学实践提供理论参考,并在一定程度上缓解慕课教师由于角色冲突而造成的内心焦虑,从而通过自我调适更好地发挥慕课的正向作用。With the continuous development of massive open online course(MOOC),the role of MOOC teachers has changed a lot accordingly.Based on this,the paper firstly explained the classification of MOOC and corresponding teachers’roles.Then,some interviews on the thirteen teachers participated in MOOC practice on Chinese University MOOC platform were conducted by using the interview method.The specific roles of MOOC teachers,their confusion and problems in MOOC practice were summarized.Finally,six factors affecting the effective MOOC practice were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The studies could provide theoretical reference for MOOC teachers carrying out teaching practice,alleviate their inner anxiety caused by role conflict,so as to better play the positive role of MOOC through self-adjustment.
