摘  要:潜课程作为课程不可或缺的组成部分,其潜在的能动力量对教师的教与学生的学都会产生深刻与广泛的影响。交往理性视野下的教学,强调师生之间的交往,凸显情感交融与人文关怀。自我表露作为个体间进行有效交流、交往、交际的形式恰当地实现了交往理论的要求,它可以通过表露的形式实现主客体关系、偏好、信赖、理解等主体意识的传递,促成潜课程的生成与其正向的引导发展。As a significant part of curriculum,hidden curriculum exerts far reading influence on both teachers teaching and students learning.From the view of communication theory,the interaction between teachers and students should be emphasized,and the emotional communication and humanistic concern should be highlighted.Self-disclosure,as an effective form of achieving effective communication and interaction among individuals,is a proper means to fulfil the requirements of communication theory.It can promote the formation and development of hidden curriculum by conveying such emotional consciousness as the relationship between the subject and object,preferences,trust and understandingin the process of teaching and learning.
