摘　　要：随着社会对高水平的人才需求,现代学徒制对高职院校提出更高的要求。文章通过分析园林行业工匠精神的现状,调查了解园林企业主要岗位工匠精神特征。通过在校企生三方的有机融合,从责任意识、道德品质、学习态度、执行力等方面阐述培养学徒的创新机制模式改革,为人才培养工匠精神培养探索一条模式。With the increasing social demand for high-level talents,the modern apprenticeship system puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the current situation of the spirit of craftsman in the garden industry and investigates the spiritual characteristics of craftsman in the main positions of garden enterprises.Through the organic integration of enterprise,colleges and students,this paper expounds the innovation mechanism reform of training apprentices from the aspects of responsibility consciousness,moral quality,learning attitude and executive ability,and explores a model for cultivating craftsman spirit of talents.
