摘　　要：冠突散囊菌具有独特的功能与生理特性,随着现代生物检测技术的不断优化,冠突散囊菌的安全检测、基因研究也越发自如。为提高冠突散囊菌在发酵茶中的应用效益,还需加强对微生态学和发酵工程的研究,以更好的改善发酵茶品质,以及发挥其保健功效。The genus Coronaria has unique functions and physiological characteristics.With the continuous optimization of modern biological detection technology,the safety detection and gene research of Coronaria sphaeroides are more and more free.In order to improve the application efficiency of Coronaria sclerophylla in fermented tea,it is necessary to strengthen the research on microecology and fermentation engineering to better improve the quality of fermented tea and exert its health care effect.
