摘  要:结合机械原理课程特点与ADAMS软件强大的虚拟样机技术,针对机械原理课程教学存在的问题,以提高机械原理课程教学效率,激发学生学习自主性和积极性为目标,将ADAMS软件融入到机械原理课程教学中,有利于构建利用虚拟样机取代实体物理样机进行知识讲解的课程教学模式。利用虚拟样机技术建立虚拟机构运动模型,对虚拟机构运动模型进行机械动画仿真与运动学分析,得到各构件的位移、速度、加速度随时间变化曲线图。该方法克服了以往该课程教学中存在的不足与缺陷,实现机械原理课程教学方法的进步与创新。Combining the course principle of mechanical principle and the powerful virtual prototyping technology of ADAMS software,aiming at the problems existing in the course teaching of mechanical principle,in order to improve the teaching efficiency of the mechanical principle course and stimulate the students'independence and initiative in learning,the ADAMS software is integrated into the course of mechanical principle,and the course teaching model is constructed by using virtual prototype instead of physical prototype.A virtual machine motion model is established by using virtual prototyping technology,mechanical animation simulation and kinematics analysis of virtual mechanism motion model are carried out,and the curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration with time are obtained.This method has overcome the shortcomings and shortcomings in the course teaching,and achieved the progress and innovation in the teaching method of mechanical principle course.
