摘  要:大班化、"一锅端"是我国高等教育规模扩张后,教学资源建设不足和沿用传统教学模式所带来的典型弊端。为此,基于"以学生为中心"的教育理念,开展"医学基础化学模块化、分层次教学模式"研究,将培养对象区分成临床医学八年制、护理五年制、临床医学留学生三大模块,针对不同模块的教学体系进行顶层设计,探索三大模块的分层次教学,包括教学设计分层、探究式分层次教学、开放式异质组合的设计实验、前期科研及课外读书实践活动和分层评价;并创建满足模块化、分层次教学模式需求的教学资源,包括网站和微课移动学习平台。After the expansion of the scale of higher education in China,the shortage of teaching resources and the use of traditional teaching model were the typical disadvantages.Therefore,based on the"student centered"education concept,the"basic chemistry modular and hierarchical teaching mode"was launched.The training object area was divided into three modules:clinical medicine eight year system,nursing five year system and clinical medical students.First,the teaching system of different modules was designed at the top level.Next,the hierarchical teaching of the three modules,including teaching design stratification,inquiry based hierarchical teaching,open heterogeneous combination design experiment,early scientific research,extracurricular reading practice and stratified evaluation,were explored.Finally,the teaching resources,including website and micro class mobile learning platform,were established for the needs of modular and hierarchical teaching mode.This research explored new ideas and methods for the cultivation of personalized creative talents.
