摘 要:教师绩效考核评价是引导高校教师行为、激发高校教师积极性的重要手段。我国行业特色型大学如何调整现有考核评价机制使考核评价指标与"双一流"建设任务相一致,成为亟待解决的现实问题。"双一流"建设对高校教师提出了新的要求,目前行业特色型大学教师绩效考核评价机制在人才培养、科学研究等方面还存在着不利于"双一流"建设的问题,亟须通过巩固人才培养基础地位、重树科研业绩评价导向、实施不同学科差异化考核、强调行业精神等措施提高行业特色型大学教师绩效考核水平,进而支持"双一流"建设。Teacher performance evaluation in universities is an effective way to enhance teachers′enthusiasm and guide their professional development.How to adjust the existing assessment and evaluation mechanism to make the assessment indicators consistent with the"Double First-Class"construction becomes an urgent issue."Double First-Class"construction puts forward new demands for university teachers.However,some aspects in existing system of teacher performance evaluation,such as talent training,scientific research,and so on,go against"Double First-Class"construction.Such problems should be settled urgently through consolidating the fundamental position of talent training,reconstructing scientific-performance-oriented evaluation,differentiating assessment on various disciplines and emphasizing spiritual civilization,etc.These measures can help improve the mechanism of teacher performance evaluation in industry-based universities and support"Double First-Class"construction.
