摘  要:长期以来,职业教育更多关注专业知识的传授与专业技能的训练,而对人的发展未能给予足够重视,职业素质养成缺少。高职院校学生存在人文素养欠缺,审美趣味水平不高,精神追求淡化,人文精神失落,功利意识较强,道德水准下降等问题。In a long period,vocational education has paid more attention to the imparting of professional knowledge and the training of professional skills,but has not paid enough attention to the development of human beings,and it is lack of the professional development.The students in higher vocational colleges have some problems,such as the lack of humanistic accomplishment,low level of aesthetic taste,desalinationof spiritual pursuit,lossofhumanistic spirit,strongsense ofutilityanddeclineofmoral standard,andsoon.
