摘  要:庄子认为,人的一生都面临着身体和精神(或身心)的两重困境,这是伴随着人的自我意识增强而自觉感知到的心理和生理方面的困顿与不安。庄子对身之困采取了身与物化、重生乐生、无用之用、中庸隐遁、虚己游世的化解之法;对心之困采取了全性保真、解心释神、乘物游心、回归自然等解脱之策。在这些摆脱身心困境的方法和策略中贯穿的是以人为本、顺物自然的哲学智慧,这对当今构建以人为本的和谐社会极具借鉴价值。Chuang-tzu believes that people’s life is faced with both the physical and mental dilemmas,namely the perceived mental and physical difficulties and unrest as a result of the enhanced people’s self-consciousness.To get rid of physical dilemma,Chuang-tzu adopted the approaches of humanization and materialization,life-valuing and life-enjoying,futility of utility,the doctrines of the mean and reclusion,self-emptying and enjoying life.In response to his mental dilemma,Chuang-tzu employed the tactics of preserving the original nature,mental-relieving,freeing mind by dint of circumstances,returning to nature,etc.These approaches and tactics embody people-oriented and nature-oriented philosophical wisdom,which is of great value for building a people-oriented harmonious society.
