试论大学教师权威的式微与重构

摘　　要：大学教师权威是影响高等教育活动的重要因素。大学教师权威的相对变化——权威的式微是当代学校教育不得不面对的事实和窘境。知识传播方式的转变、现代文化结构与教育取向的改变、权威向专制的转变以及绩效导向的评价体制与方式是导致教师权威式微的重要原因。构建自由平等的交往共同体、复归大学教师公共知识分子的形象以及搭建大学教师专业成长制度保障平台是其权威重构的重要路径与方式。The authority of university teachers is an important factor influencing the activities of higher education.And the relative change of the authority of university teachers-the authority of the decline of contemporary school education have to face the facts and dilemma.The change of the mode of knowledge transmission,the change of modern cultural structure and educational orientation,the transformation of authority to autocracy and the evaluation system and mode of performance-oriented are the important reasons leading to the decline of teachers'authority.It is an important way to construct the platform of free and equal communication,to restore the image of university teachers'public intellectuals and to establish the platform of professional development of university teachers.
