摘　　要：档案袋评价是美国专业教学标准委员会(NBPTS)对优秀幼儿教师进行资格认证时,所采用的重要的评价方式之一。美国NBPTS优秀幼儿教师档案袋评价的参照标准、内容、实施过程及特点,对我国幼儿教师评价有以下借鉴意义:制定全面科学的评价标准;以促进幼儿教师专业发展为评价目标;确定多样化的评价内容;重视幼儿教师在评价中的主体地位。Portfolio evaluation is one of the most important evaluation methods adopted by NBPTS in accrediting outstanding preschool teachers.NBPTS’s evaluation reference standards evaluation content,implementation process and characteristics have the model significance for my country preschool teacher evaluation in the following.Setting comprehensively scientific evaluation standards;letting preschool teacher professional development as evaluate target;confirming diversified evaluation content;paying attention to the preschool teachers in the evaluation.
