独立设置医科院校研究生导师队伍建设探析

摘　　要：本文论述了独立设置医科院校导师队伍建设的重要性与特殊性,分析了导师队伍建设存在的突出问题,探讨了加强导师队伍建设的相应对策,即建立多维度导师遴选标准;健全导师权责机制,强化责任意识;加强导师培训,提升导师指导能力;建立长效导师考核评价机制。加强研究生导师队伍建设,健全导师队伍工作机制,是提升研究生教育质量的重要保障和关键因素。This article discusses the importance and particularity of the construction of tutor team for independent medical colleges.Then it analyzes the outstanding problems in the construction of the tutor team,and fi nally probes into the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the tutor team:establishing the multi dimension tutor selection standard,perfecting the supervisor's responsibility mechanism,strengthening the sense of responsibility,enhancing the training of tutors and improving the tutor's guiding ability,and establishing the long-term evaluation mechanism of tutors.In a word,strengthening the construction of tutors and perfecting the working mechanism of tutors are the important guarantee and key factors to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
