摘　　要：目的观察Mini-CEX在医学生中的应用。方法收集2017年1月—12月肾内科轮转医学生共20名(其中男8名,女12名),平均年龄21岁,轮转2个月。入科后先进行minicex考核,记录成绩;之后进行培训,培训4周后再次考核并比较2组间临床判断、体格检查。结果 2组间各项能力均有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX能够有效提高学生的临床技巧。Objective To observe the application of Mini-CEX in medical students.Methods From January 2017 to December,there were 20 rotary medical students of kidney medicine(8 male,12 female),average age 21 years old,rotate for 2 months.Every 4 weeks after the examination and comparison between the two groups of clinical judgment,physical examination was carried out.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX can effectively improve the students'clinical skills.
