墨家思想对职业院校工匠文化建设的启示

摘　　要：墨子是中国历史上唯一一位农民出身的哲学家,是一位百科全书式的伟大学者,被尊称为"科圣"。墨家思想与工匠文化有很多的契合之处。职业院校在工匠文化建设时应积极汲取墨家思想的精华,以墨子为榜样,增强学生的职业自豪感和专业认同;提高思想层次,培养崇高精神境界和优良的职业道德;适应时代需求,锻造精湛技艺和创新发展能力。Mo-tse was the only philosopher of peasant origin in Chinese history.He was an encyclopedic scholar,and was honored as"the sage of science."The Mohist thought has more correspondence with the craftsman culture.Vocational colleges should actively absorb the essence of Mohism in the construction of craftsman culture.Take Mo-tse as an example to enhance students'professional pride and recognition;Raise the ideological level,cultivate the lofty spiritual realm and the fine professional ethics;Adapt to the needs of the ages,forging superb skills and innovative development ability.
