摘 要:教育责任是学校责任的根本,实现教育责任是社会公众对学校和教师的最本质期待。教师诚信是教育活动得以开展的前提,也是教师伦理品质的基础,更是作为专业机构的学校获得社会认可的条件。不论是完成教育教学任务,履行客观教育责任,积极助长学生发展,履行主观教育责任,还是承担教育教学行为后果,都需要教师真实表达,需要教师作出专业承诺,需要教师践行专业承诺。只有在教师诚信的前提下,学校和教师教育责任才有可能得到真正实现。Education responsibility,the realization of which is the most essential expectation of the public towards schools and teachers,is the basic responsibility of schools.Teacher sincerity is the premise for education activities,the basis of the ethical qualities of teachers,and the basic condition for schools to gain social recognition.Whether in terms of completing teaching tasks,or helping student to grow,or fulfilling objective education responsibilities,or taking responsibility for the aftermath of education activities,these all demand teachers*professional sincerity and commitment as well as the actual realization of the two through the effort of teachers themselves.The sincerity is thus the basis for the realization of education responsibilities of schools and teachers.
