摘  要:高校教学督导包括督查与指导两个职能;实施分类督导主要是从教学督导的指导职能出发,通过教学诊断,帮助青年教师发现问题、改进教学、提升教学水平;实践证明,实施分类分层督导能有效地提升青年教师教学能力。Teaching Supervision in Colleges and Universities includes two functions:supervision and guidance.To carry out classified supervision is mainly to help young teachers find problems and improve teaching ability through teaching diagnosis,starting from the guiding function of teaching supervision.Practice has proved that the implementation of classification and hierarchical supervision can effectively improve the teaching ability of young teachers.
