摘　　要："产教融合、校企合作"是职业院校实现自我发展及服务地方经济发展的重要途径,职业院校与企业相互融合,共同介入人才培养的全过程,实施"双主体"育人模式。从专业共建、技能培训、职业资格认证等方面进行探讨,以期为职业院校"产教融合、校企合作"人才培养方案的具体实施提供借鉴与参考。The integration of production and education is an important way to realize the self-development of higher vocational colleges and to serve the local economic development.The real realization of the integration of production and education requires the integration of higher vocational colleges and enterprises,the whole process of participating in the training of talents,and the implementation of the“dual main”education mode.This paper discusses the aspects of professional construction,skill training and professional qualification certification,in order to provide reference for the concrete implementation of talent cultivation based on the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation.
