摘 要:英国的教师教育经过几百年的变迁发展,已形成了成熟的体系,值得其他国家学习和借鉴。英国根据国家教师教育标准通过面试选拔优质生源;以多种培养途径吸纳各方人才从事教育职业,主要有BED、PGCE、SCITT、教学优先计划等模式,其中以PGCE模式为主;课程设置上特别重视实践教学,重视大学与中小学的合作伙伴关系;教师资格证的获取不以结果性考试为依据,而是通过过程性考核检验受训者是否达到国家标准。这些特点对我国教师教育改革有重要的借鉴价值。After hundreds of years of changes and development,British teacher education has formed a mature system,which is worthy of learning from other countries.According to the national teacher education standard,selecting high-quality students through interview;Taking various training channels to recruit talents to engage in education profession,mainly including BED,PGCE,SCITT and teaching priority plan,among which PGCE mode is the main mode.The course teaching attaches great importance to practical teaching and attaches great importance to the cooperative partnership between universities and primary and secondary schools.The acquisition of teacher certification is not based on the outcome test,but based on whether the trainees meet the national standard through the process assessment.These characteristics provide a good reference for teacher education reform in our country.
