临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性与护理伦理决策能力的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性与护理伦理决策能力的相关性。方法选取2017年1-6月某院的1400名临床护士作为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、中文版评判性思维态度倾向性以及护理伦理测量表对其进行问卷调查。结果临床护士的评判性思维态度的总平均分为(281. 14±22. 76)分,护理伦理决策能力的总平均分为(221. 23±6. 27)分;影响护理伦理决策能力的因素有护理伦理决策培训、专业知识的获取途径以及学历。评判性思维态度与临床确定目标能力、临床决策能力、决断方案能力以及实施决策能力呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论临床护士评判性思维态度倾向性与护理伦理决策能力得分处于中等水平,批判性思维能力强,护理伦理决策能力就越强,要通过学校或医院的教育来培养临床护士的评判性思维能力。Objective:To explore the correlation between critical thinking disposition and nursing ethics decision-making ability of clinical nurses.Methods:A total of 1400 clinical nurses in M hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects.The general condition questionnaire,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version scale and Judgment about Nursing Decision scale were used to carry out the questionnaire survey.Results:The total average score of clinical nurses'critical thinking disposition of was(281.14±22.76)and the total average score of nursing ethics decision-making ability was(221.23±6.27).The factors influencing the ability of nursing ethics decision-making include training of nursing ethics decision-making,access to professional knowledge and educational background.Critical thinking disposition was positively correlated with clinical goal determination ability,total score of clinical decision-making ability,decision-making ability and implementation decision-making ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scores of clinical nurses'critical thinking attitude and nursing ethics decision-making ability were at a moderate level.The more critical thinking ability of clinical nurses,the stronger the decision-making ability of nursing ethics.It is necessary to train clinical nurses'critical thinking ability through education in schools or hospitals.
