医药院校大学生课外科技活动的开展途径

摘　　要：目前课外科技活动存在缺乏专业教师指导、师生参与度不高、普适性不足及项目开展没有延续性等问题。通过以本科生导师制加强专业教师的指导、以学生科研团队的组建保证科研项目研究的延续性、以制度的配套保证师生参与的积极性、以相关课程和实践平台的建设提高课外科技活动完成的质量、以形式的多样化提高课外科技活动的普适性等方式,促进医药院校大学生课外科技活动的有效开展。Some problems exist in the implementation of extracurricular scientific and technological activities for Students in medical colleges:lack of the professional teacher guidance,low degree of participation of teachers and students,inadequate universality of activities and lack of continuity of projects,etc.Extracurricular scientific and technological activities for Students in medical colleges can be effectively improved in five ways:strengthening the guidance of professional teachers through the undergraduate tutor system;ensuring the continuity of research projects by the students scientific research team establishment,increasing the participation of teachers and students with the support of various systems,improving the quality of activities by related course and practical platform construction;and enhancing the universality of activities by style diversification.
