高职院校创新创业型学生社团阶梯式人才培养研究

摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代潮流下,高职院校学生的就业、创业、创新,关系到个人、学校、社会的和谐发展。构思"一测二练三导"阶梯式高职院校创新创业型学生社团人才培养模式,通过启蒙测试、分类引导、明确成长目标,重点训练、依托赛事、锤炼成长本领,独立主导、提升项目、检验成才成色等有效途径,提升学生综合素养。Under the trend of the times of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,employment,entrepreneurship and innovation of higher vocational college students involve in the harmonic development of individual,school and the society.This article proposes that the effective paths to elevate comprehensive qualities of higher vocational college students are to conceive a multistep“Test-Training-Guidance”mode for talent cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship student organizations in higher vocational colleges by such processes as to determine the goal of self-growth by initiated test and classified guidance,to temper their skills by emphasized training and contests and to verify their attainment by independent leading and project promotion.
