摘　　要：通过对文化与文化育人的内涵进行分析,从专业与课程育人、行为规范与制度育人、环境育人、精神文化育人阐述了高职院校的文化育人体系,并以河源职业技术学院为例,论述其在职业教育教学改革中开展的文化育人实践。Through the analysis of the connotation of culture and culture education,this paper expounds the culture education system of Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of specialty and curriculum education,behavior norm and system education,environment education and spiritual culture education;and discusses its practice of culture education in vocational education teaching reform by taking Heyuan polytechnic as an example.
