摘  要:为了进一步加强高职学生的职业核心能力培养,提高其就业竞争力,高职院校应重新架构专业课程体系。以机电一体化技术专业课程为例,探究适合船舶行业的课程重构体系,重点突出专业核心能力与职业核心能力相互融合、创新能力培养、个性化培养等几方面问题。基于核心能力培养的课程体系,更突出职业核心技能养成,符合学生个性化培养的需要。In order to further strengthen the vocational core competence training of higher vocational students and improve their employment competitiveness, higher vocational colleges should reconstruct the professional curriculum system. Taking the professional course of mechatronics technology major as an example, this paper explores the curriculum reconstruction system suitable for the shipbuilding industry, focuses on the integration of professional core competence and vocational core competence, innovation ability cultivation, and individualized cultivation, etc. Based on the curriculum system of core competence training, the development of vocational core skills is more prominent to meet the needs of students’ individualized cultivation.
