摘 要:目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合团队导向的教学方法(team-based learning)在传染科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)教学中的效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在中国医科大学附属第一医院传染科实习的住培学员75人,随机分为两组,分别采用传统教学法(对照组37人)及PBL联合TBL教学法(实验组38人)进行教学,教学结束后对两组学员进行考核、评价及问卷调查,进行比较。结果实验组理论考核成绩、病例考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。实验组在解决问题能力及团队合作能力方面优于对照组(均P <0.05)。实验组35人(92.11%)对教学模式满意,与对照组27人(72.97%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组36人(94.74%)认为所接受的教学能激发学习兴趣,与对照组29人(78.38%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合TBL教学较传统教学更有助于住培学员提高医学学习兴趣,有利于综合素质的提高。Objective To evaluate the effect of problem-based leaning(PBL)combined with team-based leaning(TBL)in resident standardization training in the department of infectious diseases.Methods A total of75students of resident standardization training were divided into two groups,accepted PBL combined with TBL(38students,experiment group)and traditional teaching(37students,control group)respectively.At the end of the training,exams and questionnaire survey were carried out for teaching evaluation.Results The results of theoretical examination,case analysis and total score in experiment group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The problem solving ability and team working ability in the experiment group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were35students(92.11%)in experiment group satisfied with the teaching method,that was significantly higher than27students(72.97%)in control group(P<0.05).There were36students(94.74%)in experiment group considered this teaching method can stimulate their leaning interest,that was significantly higher than29students(78.38%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL and TBL in resident standardization training in the department of infectious diseases must be more helpful in increasing of students’comprehensive abilities than traditional teaching.
