高职院校思政课教师“三师”型队伍建设探析——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：加强思政课教师队伍建设是新形势下加强和改进高校思想政治工作的重要途径。黄冈职业技术学院提出了新形势下思政课教师的职责定位:"三师"(即教学良师、时政讲师、思政导师)。针对"三师"的内涵、标准及要求,在保障激励的前提下,对"标准制订·效果评价"不断实施、反馈、优化。通过切实工作秩序,加强思政课教师队伍建设,将"教学效果、时政宣讲工作、育人工作"三头并举,对提升大学生思想政治工作提供了有益帮助。Strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers is an important way to enhance and improve ideological and political work in colleges under the new form.Guided by the requirements of the party and state for ideological and political teachers,taking the academic circlesJ standard for the role positioning of the ideological and political teachers,Huanggang Polytechnic College puts forward the responsibilities of teachers in the ideological and political courses under the new form,namely,the excellent teacher,the political lecturer,the ideological and political teacher,referred to as the"Triangle-quality Teachers".It expounds the connotation,standards and requirements of the"Triangle-quality Teachers".Through various measures,it has carried out beneficial explorations to strengthen the construction of ideological and political courses and to improve the ideological and political work for college students.Thus it makes some achievements and provides a reference for other higher vocational colleges.
