摘  要:某型直升机辅助动力装置(APU)原采用的机械液压式控制系统结构复杂、不易修改且难以实现复杂的控制算法。随着技术的发展,迫切需要进行数字电子式控制系统的改型。针对此APU控制系统的数控改型问题,设计了全权限数字电子控制系统(FADEC),并对涉及的总体结构、控制规律、电动燃油供油系统等关键技术分别进行了研究。通过台架试车,验证了该FADEC系统功能、性能及其关键技术。试车结果表明,FADEC与原有的机械液压控制系统相比不仅扩展了APU控制系统的控制功能,而且更加有效地发挥了APU的性能。The hydro-mechanical control system adopted by the auxiliary power unit of certain helicopter,has a complex structure which is difficult to be modified and is difficult to realize sophisticated algorithms.As technology evolves,there is an urgent need to retrofit it to a digital electronic control system.Aiming at the digital control renovation of the auxiliary power unit,a full authority digital electronic control system(FADEC)was designed,and some key techniques such as overall structure,control laws,fuel system based on electric fuel pump were studied separately.The functions,performances and key techniques of the FADEC system were evaluated on test rig.The test results show that the functions of the control system are enhanced and performances of APU are improved remarkably under the control of the designed FADEC compared with the original hydro-mechanical control system.
