摘　　要：在高水平特色大学背景下,围绕经管类创新型应用人才培养,以南京林业大学为例,着重从实验教学理念的确立及实验教学运行体系的优化两个方面探讨经管类实验中心的建设途径。实验教学理念上,明确具有林科特色的复合型创新人才的培养目标;实验教学运行体系上,提出从营造实验室创新文化氛围、优化校内教育实践环节培养方案、完善校企合作三个方面构建与人才培养目标相匹配的实验教学运行体系。Under the background of high-level and characteristic universities,focusing on the cultivation of innovative applied talents in economics and management,this paper takes Nanjing Forestry University as an example to discuss the ways of constructing the experimental center of economics and management from two aspects:the establishment of experimental teaching ideas and the optimization of experimental teaching operation system.In the experimental teaching concept,the training objectives of compound innovative talents with forestry characteristics are defined;in the experimental teaching operation system,the experimental teaching operation matching the training objectives is constructed from three aspects:creating a cultural atmosphere of laboratory innovation,optimizing the training program of educational practice in schools,and improving the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
