摘 要:通过对宁夏N县3所乡村初级中学教师教育信念现状的调查发现,乡村教师教育信念整体处于中等水平,不同性别、年龄、学历、教龄、职称的乡村教师在教师教育信念整体层面上不存在显著差异,但不同年龄、教龄的乡村教师在教育目的方面的信念存在显著差异。为了使乡村教师确立科学的教育信念,应完善教师教育体系,加强学校文化建设,提升教师幸福感。By investigating the current situation of teachers’ educational beliefs in three rural junior middle schools in N county, Ningxia, it is found that rural teachers’ educational beliefs are at the middle level as a whole. There are no significant differences in the overall level of teachers’ educational beliefs among rural teachers of different gender, age, educational background, teaching age and professional title, but there are no significant differences in rural teachers of different ages and teaching age. There are significant differences in teachers’ beliefs about educational purposes. In order to establish scientific educational beliefs for rural teachers, we should improve the teacher education system, strengthen the construction of school culture, and enhance teachers’ happiness.
