中医教学医院中重症医学临床教学的探索

摘　　要：重症医学的发展是一所医院医疗技术的体现,重症监护室(ICU)的临床教学存在较大难度,而且中医院校的学生接触危重症的机会更少。作为中医教学医院,ICU承担着更多的重任:在教学实践中不断提高现代医学技术水平的同时,不忘发扬传承中医药优势与特色。通过阶段目标模式结合模块分组模式运用到ICU的临床教学工作中,探索适用于中医教学医院重症临床的教学模式。The development of critical care medicine is the embodiment of medical technology in a hospital.The clinical teaching of ICU is difficult,and students in TCM colleges have less chance of exposure to critical diseases.As a TCM clinical teaching hospital,ICU bears more and more important responsibilities:In teaching practice,while constantly improving the level of modern medical technology,we will not forget to carry forward the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper applies two models(Phase target model and module grouping model)to the clinical teaching work of ICU to explore the teaching mode suitable for the severe clinical treatment in TCM teaching hospitals.
