摘  要:针对大型油船锅炉汽包水位控制系统具有非线性、时变和强干扰等特性,利用反双曲正弦函数设计二阶跟踪微分器和二阶扩张状态观测器来改进传统的自抗扰控制器。分析二阶汽包水位的控制结构并构建相应的数学模型。理论分析和仿真结果表明:该自抗扰控制器满足汽包水位控制系统的动态响应指标,证明改进算法对系统的内部和外部干扰的抑制能力强,控制效果理想,响应速度快,抗扰能力强。In view of the non-linear,time-varying and strong disturbance characteristics of the boiler water level control system for large-scale oil tankers,the second-order tracking differentiator and the second-order extended state observer are introduced to improve the traditional auto-disturbance rejection controller using inverse hyperbolic sine function.The control structure of the second-order steam drum water level is analyzed and a corresponding mathematical model is constructed.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the auto-disturbance rejection controller satisfies the dynamic response specifications of the drum level control system,which proves that the improved algorithm has strong ability to suppress the internal and external disturbances of the system and performs precise control with fast response speed.
