应用型本科酒店管理专业毕业实习模式改革探索

摘　　要：企业"用工荒"和院校专业学生"就业难"是目前酒店行业最为关注的矛盾之一。结合酒店专业毕业实习现状,分析了院校人才培养、学生个人需求及酒店人力资源的态度及诉求,提出了"技能+管理"的纵向深度轮岗模式,以实现应用型本科酒店管理专业"高技能、善管理"的人才培养目标,同时分析了该模式对社会、院校、学生及企业的意义;并从校企深度合作、明确实习时间和内容,制定实习制度等方面分析了深度轮岗实习模式的路径和保障。One of the most concerned contradictions in hotel industry is the shortage of staff in enterprises and the difficulty in employment of college students.Combining with the present situation of graduation practice of hotel management majors,this paper analyzes the attitude and demand of the university talent training,students'personal needs and hotel human resources,and puts forward the vertical depth rotation mode of“skill+management”to realize the talent training goal of“high skill and good management”for hotel management majors in application-oriented undergraduate universities.Meanwhile,it analyzes the significance of this mode to society,universities,students and enterprises and expounds the path and guarantee of the depth rotation from the aspects of deep cooperation between universities and enterprises,defining the time and content of practice and formulating the practice system.
