国外学龄前儿童基本动作技能研究——兼论对我国幼儿体育教育的启示

摘　　要：基本动作技能学习在西方学龄前儿童教育中占据很重要的位置,其显著促进了儿童与青少年体质健康水平与运动能力。鉴于当前我国提升儿童体质和提高青少年运动参与的迫切需求,研究从人类基本动作技能出发,对西方发达国家学龄前儿童基本动作技能研究的历史发端、影响因素和评价工具进行了回顾,并以此为基础对当前我国幼儿体育教育中存在的问题进行了思考和分析,以期推动更多研究者关注我国目学龄前儿童的体育教育问题,丰富我国学龄前儿童体育教育理论,为相关的实践和研究提供理论支持。未来我国学龄前儿童体育教育应借鉴西方幼儿体育教育思想,根据不同年龄阶段幼儿身心发育、动作发展序列规律进行以动作发展为本位的教学,提高基本动作技能学习在我国学龄前儿童体育教育中的地位;加强学龄前儿童基本动作技能训练理念的普及和研究的推进;编制适合中国儿童FMS能力评价测试工具等。In western countries,the acquisition of fundamental motor skills is of vital importance in preschool children education,which has greatly improved the physical health and sports performance of children and teenagers.In the light of the emergency of improving children's health and their involvement of sports,and based on the fundamental motor skills,this research systematically reviews the origination,influence factors and evaluation tools of fundamental motor skills of preschool children in western countries,which also serves as a foundation for the further study on the analysis and thinkings of the existing problems in China's preschool education.It is hoped that this study can attract more researchers to study China's preschool physical education,enrich the theory of China's preschool children physical education and offer theoretical supports for related practice and studies.China's preschool children education need to learn from that of the western countries so as to conduct physical education with motor education at its core,which is carried out according to the laws of children's different stages in physical and psychological and motor development.Status of fundamental motor skills learning needs to be raised in China's preschool children education.Efforts need to be made to push forward the popularization of preschool children education fundamental motor skills and advancement of related researches.FMS evaluation and testing tools fitting for Chinese children need to be formulated as well.
