摘  要:研究采用成人希望特质量表、生活满意感量表以及幼儿教师职业压力量表,对河南省331名幼儿园一线教师进行问卷调查,以探究幼儿教师职业压力与其生活满意度和希望感之间的关系。结果发现,幼儿教师职业压力与其生活满意度、希望感均呈负相关关系;幼儿教师希望感与生活满意度呈正相关关系;希望感在幼儿教师职业压力和生活满意度之间起着中介作用。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 331 preschool teachers to explore the relationship among the occupational stress of the preschool teachers, their life satisfaction and hope, using Adult Dispositional Hope Scale, Satisfaction With Life Scale and Preschool Teacher’s Occupational Stress Questionnaire. The results showed that the occupational stress of preschool teachers was negatively correlated with their life satisfaction and hope, and the preschool teachers’ hope was positively correlated with their life satisfaction. The hope played a mediated role between preschool teachers’ occupational stress and life satisfaction.
