摘  要:现代职教视野下中职生学生核心素养提升,需要注重现代职业教育模式与学生身心发展的融合,结合中职校的资源优势进行有效整合和提升。通州中专立足于学校教育教学特点和区域经济发展特点,以机电专业为例,构建人才培养模式,形成合力教育结构,促进学生个人终身发展,满足区域经济发展需求。In view of modern vocational education,it is necessary to pay attention to the integration of modern vocational education model and the students'physical and mental development,and to effectively integrate and improve the core literacy of secondary vocational students with the resource Jiangsu Tongzhou Secondary Vocational School takes Electromechanical Specialty as an example to build up a talent training mode on the basis of the characteristics of school education,teaching and regional economic development.It forms a joint education structure to promote the students’lifelong development and meet the needs of regional economy.
