新课标下中职思想政治课提高育人功能的教学策略

摘　　要：党的十九大和全国教育大会将"立德树人"、培养德智体美劳全面发展作为新时代人才培养目标。从德育课到思想政治课的变化,尤其是对中职思想政治学科核心素养的凝练与提出,新课标对未来中职思想政治课育人功能提出了新的要求与新的挑战。从正确处理"教"与"学"的关系、推进思想政治课堂教学改革、提升教学的人文关怀度等方面为提高中职思想政治课育人功能提出了有效的教学策略。The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party and the National Education Congress set the talent cultivation goal of"building up people by virtue"and cultivating the talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor in the new era.The change from moral education to ideological and political education,especially the condensation and presentation of the core qualities of ideological and political discipline in secondary vocational schools,puts forward new requirements and challenges for the educational function of the ideological and political education in the future.This paper puts forward effective teaching strategies to improve the educational function of ideological and political course in secondary vocational schools from the aspects of correctly handling the relationship between"teaching"and"learning",promoting the reform of ideological and political classroom teaching,and enhancing the humanistic care of teaching.
