摘  要:"望、闻、问、切"是我国中医诊治疾病的基本方法,中职校长如能将此综合运用到学校管理中,则不仅能把握正确办学方向,提升管理效率,而且必将能全面提升校长自身的领导力。望、闻、问、切之间是辩证统一的关系。中职校长只有在实践工作中统筹运用,才能有效提升自身的前瞻力、决断力、影响力、控制力和感召力。"Observing, hearing, asking and feeling" is the basic method of Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. If the principals of secondary vocational schools can apply this to school management comprehensively, they cannot only grasp the correct direction of running a school, improve the efficiency of management, but also enhance the principals’ leadership in an allround way. The relationship among observing, hearing, asking and feeling is a dialectical unity.Secondary vocational school principals can effectively enhance their own foresight, decisiveness,influence, control and inspiration only when they make overall use of them in the practical work.
