大学生英语听力焦虑原因及应对策略

摘　　要：焦虑是外语学习者容易产生的情感障碍,这种障碍的影响在听力活动中尤为显著。当前大学生之所以出现英语听力焦虑的情况,主要与学生方面的主观因素(如学生的英语基础知识薄弱,缺乏语音材料所必要的背景知识及相关听力技巧等)和教师方面的客观因素(如教师不合理的教学方法,教材选用不合理等)有关。为了更好地保证听力教学质量,文章针对如何降低大学生英语听力焦虑提出了相应的有效策略,为广大教师在听力教学方面提供了较具参考价值的建议。This study conducts a questionnaire on the current quo of English proficiency in university students and their English learning status to understand the English learners'listening anxiety.It shows that:university students'English listening anxiety is related to the lack of solid English basic knowledge,the lack of Chinese and Western cultural background knowledge,and the lack of listening skills and listening training time.At the same time,it is also found that this is related to emotional anxiety caused by insufficient self-confidence among learners.Through empirical research,this paper proposes teaching suggestions to reduce the level of English listening anxiety and improve the effectiveness of listening learning.
