摘　　要：职业倦怠已经成为高职英语教师中普遍存在的现象,这对其教学和教科研产生很多负面影响,不利于高职院校综合型人才的培养。本文旨在探讨造成高职英语教师职业倦怠的内外因素并提出应对策略,促进高职英语教师的职业发展。Job burnout is pervasive among higher vocational college English teachers,which brings negative influences on their teaching and research work and ultimately on the cultivation of all-around college graduate.This paper aims to explore the external and internal factors leading to the job burnout and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote career development of higher vocational college English teachers.
