高职院校科研人员的角色多重性及其兼职兼薪的现实意义

摘　　要：高职科研人员兼职兼薪问题是在我国事业单位改革,科技体制改革的背景下产生的。针对其角色模糊问题,在研究背景、概念界定、高职科研人员工作职责分析的基础上,阐述其"知识人""市场主体参与人""平凡人"多重角色。提出高职科研人员兼职兼薪的三层现实意义。结果表明:高职科研人员实现多重角色,从事兼职兼薪行为,有助于人才资源效益最大化,实现高职院校的服务职能。Under the background of the reform of public institutions and the reform of science and technology system in China,the problem of part-time job and salary for scientific research personnel arises in higher vocational colleges.Aiming at its problem of role ambiguity,this paper expounds its multiple roles of"knowledge person","market subject participant"and"ordinary person"on the basis of research background,concept definition and job responsibility analysis of scientific researchers in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward three layers of practical significance of part-time job and salary for scientific research personnel in higher vocational colleges.The results show the realization of multiple roles and behavior in engaging part-time job and salary of scientific researchers in higher vocational colleges can help to maximize the benefits of human resources and realize the service functions of higher vocational colleges.
