摘 要:以紫胶树脂铵盐为壁材,红霉素为芯材,采用乳化-固化法制备了红霉素-紫胶树脂铵盐微胶囊,采用SEM、DSC、FTIR进行形貌和结构表征。结果表明,以紫胶树脂铵盐为壁材的微球表面光滑致密、形态圆整,粒度分布较为均匀,酸化过程中部分紫胶树脂铵盐在微球表面析出,形成致密的树脂膜对芯材起到良好的保护作用,且芯材与壁材并没有发生化学反应。对微胶囊载药率和模拟条件下体胃和体肠环境目标药物释放特性的研究表明,微胶囊载药率为1. 19%,在模拟体胃环境中,70 min内,红霉素释放量仅为载药率的2. 07%;模拟体肠环境中,微胶囊能够在10~120 min内实现红霉素药物的均匀释放,累积释放量达到79. 75%。可见,紫胶树脂铵盐在亲水性肠溶性药物包衣材料中有较强的应用潜力和价值。Emulsification-solidification method was employed to fabricate the microcapsules take erythromycin as core and shellac ammonium salt as wall materials.The characterization of morphology and structure for microcapsules was processed by SEM,DSC and FTIR.The result showed that the size of microcapsule distributed uniformly and the surface of microcapsule was smooth and dense.In the acidification,sectional shellac ammonium salt precipitated from microcapsules.A layer of dense shellac film was formed in the surfaces of microcapsules and core materials were protected greatly.Obviously,it was not happened that chemical reaction between core and wall materials.And then,the release features of microcapsules in the simulative stomach and intestine were investigated successfully.The results showed that the loading efficiency of microcapsules was 1.19%.Under simulative stomach condition,the release amount of erythromycin was only 2.07%in 70 min.Moreover,the accumulative release of erythromycin from microcapsules was homogeneous at 10~120 min in the simulative intestine condition,and the accumulative release amount achieved 79.75%.In a word,all the results showed that shellac ammonium salt was a good choice for hydrophilic enteric solubility coating material and worth be researched for further step in the future.
