摘　　要：高等职业院校旅游专业教师即时教学技能行动研究既是提高教师专业知识和教学技能水平的主要路径,也是有效提升课堂教学质量、学生良好职业素养和可持续职业发展能力的主要方面,还是促进教师专业发展、提升教师专业素质和教育教学能力及动力的重要环节。以旅游专业教师即时教学技能的内涵和研究内容为基础,从校本研究共同体、同伴互助共同体和科技研究共同体等专业共同体角度,研究高职旅游专业教师即时教学技能实现路径。The active research on instant teaching ability of tourism teachers in higher vocational colleges is the main way to improve professional knowledge and teaching skills.It is the principal aspect to effectively improve classroom teaching quality,students'good professional quality and sustainable career development ability.It is also the important element to promote teachers'professional development,enhance teachers'professional quality and the impetus as well as teaching ability.Based on the connotation and research contents of the instant teaching skills of tourism teachers,this paper studies the ways to realize the instant teaching skills of tourism teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of school-based research community,peer mutual aid community and scientific and technological research community.
