摘  要:党的十八大报告中提出"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务",指明了教育的发展方向。基于高校立德树人工作的现实状态和TOC理论来探讨路径创新,通过对当前高校立德树人工作现状的考察,了解目前存在的主要问题及原因,试图找出一个或多个存在于高校立德树人工作中的"约束"或瓶颈,通过消除这些约束或瓶颈,来优化和完善高校立德树人工作的路径和机制。The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that"Take fostering virtue through education as the fundamental task of education"and point out the direction of education.Based on the actual state of the fostering virtue through education in colleges and TOC theory to explore path innovation.By investigating the current situation of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities to understand the main problems and reasons that exist at present.Attempt to find out one or more"constraints"or bottlenecks existing in the work of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities.By eliminating these constraints or bottlenecks,we can optimize and perfect the path and mechanism of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities.
