摘  要:本文以泰山医学院医学检验技术专业的课程教师为研究对象,从讲授、提问、讨论、多媒体课件、板书展示和网络课程方面观测了57堂课堂教学的教师教学行为状况,并且通过统计分析以了解高校教师课堂教学行为的现状。此次调查发现,大多数教师能够通过课堂教学实现有效教学,而少部分教师的课堂教学形式单一、缺乏互动。所以,医学高校教师应该树立并加强"以学生为中心"的教学理念,不断提高自身的课堂教学水平。In order to better understand the status of teachers’teaching behavior in classroom,we investigated the teaching behavior in the courses of Medical Laboratory Technology in Taishan Medical University,including teaching in classroom,questioning,discussing,power point(PPT),blackboard writing and network teaching.Fifty-seven teachers’teaching behavior in classroom were analyzed statistically.The survey found that most teachers can achieve effective teaching through classroom teaching.While some of the teachers’classroom teaching forms appear single and lack of interaction.Therefore,the medical college teachers should set up and strengthen the“student-centered”teaching concept and constantly improve their classroom teaching level.
