高职院校特殊学生群体精准服务管理研究

摘　　要：教育改革和社会经济形态的改变使高职院校学生学情发生了巨大变化,特殊学生群体规模扩大、形式多样为学生管理工作提出了严峻挑战。本文以石家庄邮电职业技术学院为例,通过调研,对高职院校特殊学生群体进行了分类,并对其表现和成因进行了深入分析。在此基础上给出了建议,在顶层设计方面构建有效的管理机制,在日常管理方面坚持人文化、动态化、多手段化管理的对策建议,力求实现因人、因时、因地的高职院校特殊学生群体的精准服务。The educational reform and the change of the social and economic form have greatly changed the academic situation of the students in higher vocational colleges,and the scale of the special student group has expanded. Taking Shijiazhuang Post and Telecommunications Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper classifies the special student groups in higher vocational colleges through investigation and research.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct effective management mechanism in top-level design and how to adhere to human culture,dynamic management and multi-means management in daily management. Because of the time,the local higher vocational colleges special group of students of precision services.
