摘　　要：分离焦虑是指个体在与其依恋对象分离或与其家庭分离时产生的一种过度焦虑和发展性不适。分离焦虑可能发生在人生的每个阶段,但幼儿时期极易发生且难以自愈,因而需要成人加以正确的疏导。本文采用个案的方式,描述了分离焦虑产生的表现方式,深入分析了幼儿分离焦虑产生的原因和具体的缓解策略。Separation anxiety refers to an excessive anxiety and developmental discomfort that an individual produces when separated from his or her attachment.Separation anxiety can occur at every stage of life,but it is very easy to occur in early childhood and it is difficult to self-heal,so it is necessary for adults to properly channel them.This paper describes the manifestation of separation anxiety by case method,and deeply analyzes the causes of children's separation anxiety and the specific mitigation strategies.
