摘　　要：社区教育由提供教育机会转向助力于终身教育体系构建和学习型社会建设,成为社会治理的关键支撑。学分银行作为学习成果的认证、积累与转换的制度体系,将其应用到社区教育管理中,能够激活社区教育参与积极性,唤醒社区教育主体话语的回归、优化社区教育内部结构和监理社区教育资源共享机制。因此,应实现学分银行支持社区教育管理的效用,积极发挥学分银行的价值聚合、管理创新、环境支持、成果管理、成效评价等方面的作用,以优化社区教育管理。Community education, from providing educational opportunities to h elping lifelong education system and learning society, has become a key support for social governance. The credit bank, as the system of certification, accumula tion and transformation of the learning achievement, applies the credit bank to the community education management. It can activate the enthusiasm of community education participation, arouse the return of the discourse of the community edu cation main body, optimize the internal structure of community education and sup ervise the sharing mechanism of the community education and education. In order to optimize the management of community education, the credit bank should suppor t the utility of community education management and play an active role in the v alue polymerization of the credit bank, management innovation, environmental sup port, achievement management and effectiveness evaluation.
