摘  要:在智能制造背景下,技能人才培养逐渐从"单一技术"向"多元技术"型人才转变,以培养交叉复合型创新技能人才为主。而职业技能培养方面校企协同培养矛盾日益凸显,我国技能人才供求不匹配现象严重。据此,通过分析智能制造背景下我国职业技能的培养现状,借鉴英、美、德、澳四国职业技能培养模式的先进经验,在充分考虑专业群对应岗位群的基础之上,以市场需求为导向,从职业通用技能、职业特定技能、跨行业技能和职业核心技能四种技能维度出发,进行职业技能衔接路径研究。Under the background of intelligent manufacturing , the training of skilled personnel has gradually changing from “single technol ogy” to “multiple technology” talents, in order to cultivate cross-composite innovative skills. In terms of skill training, the contradiction between school and enterprise is becoming more and more prominent. And there is a serious mism atch between sup ply and demand of skilled talents in our country. On this basis, through the ana lysis under the background of intelligent manufacturing status of vocational ski lls training in our country, drawing on the advanced experience of the vocationa l skills training models in Britain, America, Germany and Australia, based on th e full consideration of the corresponding group of professional groups, the mark et demand is orientation, starting from four skills of occupational general skil ls, occupational specific skills, cross-industry skills and professional core s kills, the study of career skills pathways.
