摘　　要：目的:探究烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶p22phox亚基CYBA基因的C242T位点单核苷酸多态性与重度子痫前期(PE)的相关性。方法:通过TaqMan探针进行实时荧光定量PCR,对1184例重度PE孕妇和1421例健康对照者进行CYBA基因C242T多态性分析。结果:重度PE孕妇与健康对照孕妇比较,CYBA基因C242T基因型和等位基因频率分布均无显著差异(P>0.05);早发型、晚发型重度PE孕妇分别与健康对照孕妇比较,基因型和等位基因频率分布均无显著差异(P>0.05);早发型和晚发型重度PE孕妇比较,基因型及等位基因频率分布均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:CYBA基因C242T基因多态性可能与重度PE发生无相关性。Objective: To investigate the relationship between nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase p22phox subunit CYBA gene C242T single nucleotide polymorphism with severe preeclampsia. Methods: Real-time quantitative PCR was performed by TaqMan probe.The polymorphism of CYBA gene C242T was analyzed in 1184 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia and 1421 healthy controls. Results: There was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of C242T genotypes and alleles between pregnant women with severe preeclampsia and healthy controls ( P >0.05).There were no significant differences in genotype and allele frequency distribution between early-inset,late-inset severe preeclampsia and healthy controls( P >0.05).There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency distribution between early-onset and late-onset severe preeclampsia ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion: The C242T gene polymorphism of CYBA gene may not be associated with severe preeclampsia.
