摘 要:随着影像医学的不断发展使其在现代临床诊疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,熟练掌握影像学知识、具备良好的临床思维是当前医学影像科住院医师规培的目标之一。然而,在日常的临床教学活动中发现医学影像科住院医师在规范化培养过程中面临着诸多问题。结合规培住院医师及科室教学的特点,针对医师的自主学习积极性、教师教学意识、教学模式及医师培养制度等常见问题及其原因进行深入剖析并提出具体改进措施,对提高规培住院医师临床思维有着长远的意义。The development of medical imaging plays an important role in modern clinical diagnosis.It is one of the objectives for the current medical imaging residents to master skilled imaging knowledge and good clinical thinking.However,there are many questions for residents in the clinical practice of medical imaging.This paper analyses the characteristics of clinical medical imaging residents,the common questions in medical imaging practice,including learning enthusiasm of residents,teaching awareness of teacher,teaching modeand cultivation system,and their reasons,meanwhile provides the concrete improving measures.It has profound significance for improving the clinical thinking of medical imaging residents.
